A colour therapist uses colour to balance energy, helps with creativity and learning, releases blocks and also helps to alleviate various forms of physical, emotion, and mental conditions. It helps a client understand why they have a need for certain colours, and reveals which colours they need to include in their life (in various ways such as food, clothing, colour light, colour water, and various plethora of activities) to bring about healing, health, relaxation or inspiration, and what colours they should steer clear from.
